In working with me, you will find a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental, and candid therapist with great personal regard for clients who will meet you where you are in your therapeutic journey. I am passionate about supporting people through challenging life experiences or transitions, creating and maintaining deep and meaningful connections through relationships, identifying and achieving individual goals, and finding personal and professional fulfillment. I believe that the strongest foundation for success in therapy is a genuine connection between a person and their therapist and think that “fit” is as important as the methods we employ. I start by creating a space where you feel safe in sharing openly and authentically. I collaborate with and empower you to direct your therapeutic experience. I then support you in moving through self-reflection and achieving personal growth by utilizing a strengths-based approach combining talk therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practice. With post-graduate training in my areas of expertise and therapeutic approaches, I am able to combine my innate love of supporting people with evidence-based models of practice.
